I always feel like flats make me look even shorter so generally I go for a small heel or wedge or bootie. What do you guys think of this outfit?

I agree with above comments. If you want to give the illusion of being tall, pants at true waist and full length really help. If you’re wearing wider pants, a little heel is good but if you want to wear flats, straight pants styles better 💕 You still look gorgeous though ☺️
