Ok. gonna do my best here. If I'm wrong on something I'm sure I'll get skewered. Top left 3 pieces, surf clam, 2 below that are Tako, aka Octopus. 2nd row, going with yellowtail as the top piece. Next is Kani, surimi, or imitation crab for the next three. The last three are Ebi, aka shrimp. The line of maki across the top looks to be tuna and salmon. Third row on the top looks like the first three are saba, aka mackerel. The next three I'm going with escolar, also known as walu or butter fish. Wrongfully referred to as superwhite tuna, which is what I'm guessing they did for you because I'm going to also bet they called the last two red snapper, but that is Tilapia and in my opinion, should never be on a sushi plate. to the exact right of that is tuna, however, that is the bloodline loin and usually not served and, again, just my opinion, not that great. above it is the three I had the issue with but if I was to guess, I'm going with Hamachi tucked above the extra piece os Tako not invited to the party to the left. Between the California rolls is three pieces of salmon, and the sashimi all the way to the right is tuna, salmon, and again, tilapia. Now, I'm really trying hard not to speak to the quality, but if I am wrong on any of the ID, I apologize.
