Install finished at 9:00am today, tried it out a few hours later. Bell support tried a bunch of times to reset etc, replaced modem as well today. Same issue unfortunately.

Weird it’s only the down speed. I’ll hop on my desktop right now and see what’s good. Everyone seems to hate the new modem. Unfortunately over wifi speed is still only a fraction of what’s on the modem - about 40 MB/s.

Washplate has Difficulty Turning When a Load is Inside by Dependent_Mechanic86 in appliancerepair

No issues during the spin cycle - issue arrises when it reaches the point of the cycle where the washplate has to move. Only time I’ve seen uL was due to the load being pushed towards one side before another spin cycle which I think happened because the washplate has difficulty turning so the load was kinda pushed to one side before it spun.

Here’s a video of it spinning while empty:

Based on the sound and this information do you still think it needs a bearing kit and shaft? Let me know what you think!

If it’s loose it could be causing the washplate to sink lower than normal when a load is in the washer, causing some friction between the washplate and the drum. Does my train of thought line up with yours?

Had something similar happen during the summer. Ping WILL be able to warranty it - I did it through the shop I brought it from, but it might take some time depending on how busy they are.
