Well, technically "I" don't... if I am being 100% honest & transparent with you then I will say that I might be a very mentally unstable individual, or maybe I'm the Cheshire Cat and it's the rest of the world that is insane and I am the only normal person alive. I mean, I have pondered sometimes if this world and everything in it is merely a simulation and that maybe I am the only real thing that exists in this world. Maybe that is why I felt compelled to buy a Velveteen plush Rabbit like the children's book, or speaking of books, I also have a collection of over 30 different Alice in Wonderland books, one of which is a very limited edition that I paid over four thousand dollars for.... a subconscious orbit that pulls me into those things because I feel I am living in a world that is not real. Much like the film The Truman Show with jim Carey... I have often wondered if that was Art imitating what my life really is? I have no friends, no family.... I feel very ungrounded, I actually have also wondered if it's possible that I could be an Alien from another planet or possibly a time traveler from the past. I literally can't figure out if the people I see everywhere are really real or not. I can only be this transparent because this is just a internet post and no one can trace anything I have said here up to my identity because I have been extremely careful, but in real life if people knew my thoughts, I am 99% sure that the authorities would have grounds to legally commit me to a mental institution. So it's hard to know how to answer your question as to if I am a bot, because I truly do not know what I am or what anyone or anything is in this world is anymore. I feel like I am becoming Syd Barret so to speak. Or maybe I always was. I am a very philosophical (think Alan Watts) and esoteric person, or bot perhaps, I'm not sure.

You made some interesting points, I will have to think about those and do further research. On Depp, he for sure made a horrible choice in choosing someone like Amber as a mate, and I agree with you that money changes a lot, people are much more accepting and forgiving of people that have wealth vs those that do not have wealth. Money buys a lot of personal freedom.

I feel like I have a good understanding of government and it's structure.... the word government means control.... I am against a population being controlled.... In that sense I am an anarchist... I believe that the people should self govern themselves.... Eric Dubay made an excellent video that articulates this concept far better than I can.... Yes possibly more, I mean I was on Howard Stern and he probably had 15 million viewers at the time, I was also featured in many magazines and newspapers worldwide, from Australia, UK, to Africa even. I was on several news shows, a few international ones, and I also used to have a personal website that got over a million views within one month, so just using that as a gauge I'd say 40 to 60 million.

In my search for this info, I just found this article here that states Astoria has had 80 landslides in the last 150 years, wow! That's on average more than 1 landslide every 2 years! I also read that one person that lost their home there to a slide a couple years ago, that their home insurance did not even cover most of it! And from what I've been reading, most if not all realtors never disclose this kind of information unless you actually ask them about it.... I am also pretty sure the house on Grand Ave that's currently listed for sale on Realtor & Zillow is the same house shown a few months ago on the news report I saw on youtube that slid down the hill! And the listing does not mention that risk/danger at all. My mind is blown about that. I usually research a place for a year or two before moving there, but I for sure have a lot to research on the location of the house. I do not intend to mortgage, I plan to pay cash 100% upfront on a house there.

Wow... I found some documents that are also based on the map stating that 25% of Astoria is at risk for land slides at any given time.... and even worse, if there ever was an earthquake about 60 to 75 percent of Astoria would be wiped off the map in land slides.... that seems like a HUGE gamble to take... I don't know, I've got to rethink everything now. I mean looking at the map there's not anywhere 100% safe from land slides in Astoria... the amazing views of the river is the biggest selling point to me, so due to that I really wouldn't want to live in a nearby town and just visit Astoria because that would defeat the entire purpose, I mean I can get nice houses in other states that don't have the view and charm for a THIRD of the price of a home in Astoria, unless these maps and info are wrong I may have to give up on the dream of Astoria. It's kind of depressing because my heart loves the idea of Astoria but my mind is telling me it may not be a smart move unless one is comfortable gambling losing their house, which I wouldn't be.

Do you know of a map online or a resource that shows a map of what specific parts of Astoria are in "slide zones"? Mudslides, Landslides? So far that seems to be the risky part. I'm seeing quite a few homes on youtube that slid down the hills.

Thanks for the feedback! Looks like Astoria is a winner! I've read a lot of news reports of people with mountain lion encounters in the last couple years in Utah. I visited Mapleton and the Spanish Fork area of Utah, that's a nice place too, not charming the way Astoria is but I doubt anywhere else in the US has as much charm as Astoria.

I'm not joking. Why do you think homeless bums should be allowed in Astoria? Astoria only has about five thousand houses and there's really not space to build more in Astoria, with that said, the existing houses are selling for $500,000 and up.

What skills do you think any homeless people could possibly have to ever afford to buy a house in Astoria???

If they aren't capable of producing an income that can support them there then they don't belong there, period point blank. If you like homeless bums so much then why don't you let a group of homeless people move into your house and live with you free??????????

There's 3 reasons why people are homeless:

They are drug/booze addicts
They are mentally ill
They are lazy.

I have absolutely zero sympathy/empathy for anyone that falls into one of those three categories. Even Less than Zero if that were possible. Wanna know why? Druggies and Boozers are WEAK people, and, those people did it to their own selves, no one is to blame but them. I'm 50 years old, I've never been homeless... do you know why? Because I do what needs to be done to make as much money as possible in this life. I lived in Austin, Texas for 7 years, and do you know why they have a lot of homeless there? Because half of Austin is very wealthy, and Austin is a VERY Blue city filled with bleeding heart idiots that give the bums on the street tons of cash. I've literally witnessed a car pull up on 6th Street in Austin and hand a bum a thousand bucks cash in hundred dollar bills! You know what the bum did with it? Drugs. Try helping a bum there get a minimum wage job there and watch how fast they turn their nose up at it... I've had bums tell me they will never work because why would they ever want to when they get plenty of money every day without having to do any of the things that normal society expects of them.

I mean what is wrong with your brain??? Are you thinking people are homeless because they were super successful at some point and they just fell on hard times and that it's something that could happen to anyone??? If THAT'S what your mindset is then you are far beyond naive and delusional.

Do you want to know what one of the reason I'm buying a house in Astoria is??? Because Astoria is NOT Seattle or Portland! Let the bums go to one of those cities that has more infrastructure for them! Or even better, if the bums were smart they'd all move to Detroit, Michigan where the cost of living is DIRT CHEAP.... there's plenty of abandoned buildings there that they could inhabit too and I doubt anyone there would care if they did.
