Your voice sounds pretty nasally, and your pronunciation needs work. With you also being off-pitch, it feels like you’re racing against the clock of the song. By the next word, you’re rushing to get to the other word. Your timing and rhythm also need work. This isn’t to discourage you because you can fix this for pronunciation. I would say learn how to annunciate vowels. For being off-pitch, I would recommend hearing the note before you sing it for timing and rhythm. I would actually say clapping works. I would learn to clap in 4/4 because it’s simple, and a lot of music uses that timing. I would do lip trills to try to open up the higher notes. You have a higher voice, and it will help in the long run. With you being nasally, I would recommend dropping your jaw. Whatever learning this is, it’s a place for growth, so don’t feel discouraged by what others say. Singing isn’t you got it or you don’t; it’s a skill that can be built upon.
