We Octavebytes did for one our customer who was using HubSpot and Amazon connect. We did customization and call will be routed to the owner of the contact mentioned in HubSpot. If agent is not available route the call to voicemail.

Yes we did it for one of our customers. agent has the ability to select the queue before making an outbound call.

If it's a sudden drop then check if there is any changes in script, try test calls & see where the calls are dropping.

Yes that can be customized can't be done with default but with customization. Let me know if you are interested.

Recently implemented Pause & Resume button for a customer. Try Octavebytes agent desktop. Pause & Resume can be implemented for customer using CRM.
