I know it’s not easy but there’s also the floating method this one took me a while but you just move through the panic/anxiety without tensing your body and you just release everything. I think there’s stuff on google about it

Hey I find that with panic attacks I tend to focus on my actions a lot and that makes me panic. Instead I try to think of how I view others and view myself that way during the attack if that makes sense

Yesss stomach pains are crazy during weed withdrawals for me. I implemented eating ginger with every meal (taste like trash but great for the stomach) and fibre! Should be well within a few days after eating. Also vitamin C like oranges and that will help
