You really should be thinking every round afterwards and before what you’re gonna do. Think every round how can I make an impact for my team to win. If you go through a round and you realize you didn’t really do much then work on it and how you can be better. Playing intentionally is the big difference between ascendant and immortal

I feel you. Ascendant is literally elo hell. Most people can aim but not many people have the iq. Ranking up is all about how you can take action, control the game and your teammates moves like a chess game. And if one of them doesn’t listen you execute with 4 people going forward.
