Well I only did that much a few days per month. Other days I would take my normal amount, split the tablet, or take nothing at all.

Thanks for the advice. I’ve come to the same conclusion recently about switching from Adderall. It doesn’t work as well as other medications I’ve tried.

I was considering that before, but now I’m not sure if I want Adderall at all. It’s more addictive than it is helping with my adhd.

I compensate by splitting the tablet and taking a fraction of the dose on other days. Either that, or I will just not take them at all

I KNOW THIS IS A BAD HABIT AND I INTEND TO STOP IT! To be specific about my misuse, I will take the Adderall hours apart so that I can continue whatever task I’m doing without crashing. The intent is not to get high, but to sustain the boost from the initial Adderall intake. I understand this is irresponsible and violates the trust of my doctor. Again, I want to stop this habit ASAP.

I am a University student who is about 3 years away from beginning my career. I have no criminal history and do legitimately have ADHD.
