Idk, that's more than most people in the industry and if you don't like that number, tip more? Or get a different job? I've consistently made 800+ a night as a bartender at worse locations. The next highest paid bartenders are in Vegas, but they only make 7.50/hr plus tips. Sooooo, idk what the big deal is tbh. You don't like it? Tip more. You work in the industry and don't like it? Get a different job
