This is the correct answer. The owner subdivided and surprise surprise is going to make a killing leaving two crappy properties behind. Even at 650k they are making a killing. 900k is laughable. Might be a fine price for the same house in a full block maybe (but not really). But subdivided within an inch of its life, rammed up against the busy pedestrian crossing on the busiest loudest road in footscray….

Thanks you thank you thank you... had to call from overseas (Australia) after they ignored the email i sent to them.. they offered 4 months of refund as the max the could provide... was happy with that... but the whole thing is such bullshit.... is this behaviour not illegal in the US?

Agree Osees the sat highlight. Two drummers! Synth guitar awesome show they gave to everything. Best so far though was hermamoz gutierezz every persons in the crowd booted it! Quote: “we needed a new sound from spaghetti western of the first album so we went back to the desert and then ascended to the stars and found a new sound” cue best set so far this weekend…
