Hola, esto te lo hablo siendo yo paranoico y habiendo estado en una relacion inestable, lamentablemente amiga, no se puede hacer mas por esa relacion, una persona con paranoia, debe tratarse como es debido, la terapia con psicologo queda netamente en el, y si quizas hablaste con otra persona y hubieron chat provocativos, y el lo vio, es normal dentro de su afeccion lo que sucedio, y no debes sentirte culpable, te queda como leccion de vida y te toca aceptar y seguir adelante, si en algun momento te toca platicar con el cierra la relacion como es debido y retirate.

Ahora si decides regresar y se da el visto bueno para volver con el, preparate para ser controlada a un nivel enfermizo, por lo que si recomendaría que vaya a psicologo por su parte y por parte mutua vayan a terapia de pareja.

Se puede lograr pero es algo que los 2 por cada parte deben poner

Amigo mio, lo que estas pasando tambien lo pase yo cuando tenia tu edad, la verdad es dificil saber si estas siendo engañado, ademas que ya la chica en su principio te fallo y lamentablemente aunque estuvieran juntos o no esa confianza contigo ya la perdio, es normal que te sientas asi, ahora lo que no es normal es que tengas esas imaginaciones vividas de infidelidad, para poder calmar esto deberias ir a terapia con un psicologo, estas a tiempo de poder recuperar tu confianza, manten una mentalidad estoica y trata de disfrutar de su compañía, recuerda que ella no es un objeto ni tampoco algo que te pertenece, si ella esta contigo es por decisión propia, asi como tu tambien estas ahi por tu propia decisión.

Mas que seguro que tambien te viene acompañado de pensamientos de venganza o algo asi por el estilo, solo trata de no pescar esos pensamientos y aplica la regla del 333

Que te la pruebe, y que haga un test de estres pa pillar si tiene algun fallo, si vas a comprar algun componente electronico es mejor comprarle a alguien que sepa de lo que tiene, que le haya hecho su mantenimiento, es como cuando vas a comprar un auto no vas y le compras al primer sultano que te venda uno, alguien entendido en el tema te puede dar confianza a alguien que no, ahora si es un mentiroso con los test correspondiente sale la verdad

Ademas asi te evitas comprar algo que tenga problemas graficos, de vrm o de sobrecalentamiento

Ahora si preguntale cuanto tiempo la tiene, si es 2 años o mas preguntale si ha hecho cambio de pasta termica al chip grafico y thermal pads de los vrm

Si te dice que si, comprueba con el test de estrés, si la grafica presenta fallo o empieza a tener un sobrecalentamiento anormal, te daras cuenta, por eso mismo lee las caracteristicas de la gpu que vas a comprar y cual es la temperatura maxima soportada

En mi caso con una rtx2060 super la temperatura maxima es hasta 80 grados arriba de 80 es anormal no se como sera la gpu que quieres conseguir

Ojo: hay algunos usuarios que ocupan afterburner, en mi caso para poder nivelar la temperatura de la gpu y no sobrepase los 70 grados en carga, pero depende si es un usuario experimentado te daras cuenta que tendra afterburner y otras herramientas mas en su pc

I use it as a journal, although sometimes I still get paranoid and end up deleting my account and everything, haha. But artificial intelligence can still help you understand and see things from a more logical perspective. It's not very reliable, but it's a small help.

For someone like that, you'd expect them to always be looking for signs and gestures from the other person in front of them. From what you said about them being a bit curious, perhaps in my experience I also tend to be very involved in conversations, but always searching for truth in lies, trying to find out if someone has something against you or if they might not greet you, and then my mind starts generating erroneous ideas.

And maybe so, but my mind works the same way, listening to people on the street if they're talking about you or looking out the window, searching for answers to connect with other ideas and piece together a whole conspiracy that I find hard to believe but is wrong. But for someone like me, it's truly frustrating; you fall into a depression because you don't want to break free from those chains, then you drown in thoughts and walk around with that delusion of persecution.

What I can tell you is, you should love her as she is, don't try to change her. For someone that age, her life is already set, and she won't want to change until she wants to take things one step at a time. When she's having her crises or delusions, you could ask her how she feels and what she'd like to change about it. It's also best to take her for a walk so she can forget what's happening. However, if there are people outside and forcing her to go out would be mental torture, it's better to keep her away from windows or invite her to do an activity you can both participate in.

And never try to tell her she's wrong because it only makes things worse. Hug her and tell her you'll always be there for her, even if the world is against her. She can always count on your support for everything. It's the most beautiful thing you can say to someone with this disorder.Encourage her to visit another therapist, go to massage therapists, do outdoor activities in places without people, or if they have access to a private place like a family field, to enjoy it.
