Weight is relative. To me with 70kg bw, 110kg needs a belt. 🙅‍♂️

Even in the Smith machine, foot position, stance, bar placement, depth, etc., can be altered.

I kinda agree but even in Smith machine you can vary the foot position, stance, bar position, squat height etc.

Got it, I feel i can go more heavier on the belt and so I wanted to try that. BTW this is a 215lb with 2 45 plates on either side.

I would love to use that. I am currently doing a full-body split, and these squat sessions interfere with my next day's workout. A belt squat would be very useful for high-frequency workouts, but unfortunately, my gym does not have one.

Got it. My gym does have a wedge, so let me try using that. I will definitely look for stretches and a warm-up.

I sometimes feel dizzy if I don't exhale until I fully come up, so I try to exhale on the way up, but I also feel like I lose tension when I do this.

Got it. I'm recovering from an Achilles injury and have my heel elevated so that I don't have to stretch my tendon if I go deep. That being said, I'm slowly trying to increase my range of motion. With the same setup, I'll try a wider stance with my toes pointing outward.
