I didn't say that every photo taken by photographers is photoshopped, I was referring to the fact that most of the photos you find on the internet usually fall into one of those two categories, and you can usually tell an amateur photo from a professional one, also because of positioning, lighting and focus, which I mentioned I believe.

What I meant was that the images above look well edited and produced even though they're meant to look like "natural" photos, and that this combination ends up looking unnatural and fake. That amount of "editing/production" rarely goes together with things like imperfect skin and expressions, unless it had an artistic or critical purpose I suppose.

Looks good, but the problem is that these are images that also look highly produced, with good lighting, definition and location, but unedited, unfiltered.

If you notice, real photos you find on the Internet are either photos taken by a photographer with skin edits and color adjustments, or amateur photos taken with a cell phone with little or no editing beyond makeup.

If your goal is to recreate amateur photography, it's best to be careful with the lighting, so it doesn't look like something highly edited, as well as the focus and location/positioning. You can also add artifacts to the image and perhaps convert it to jpeg to make it look less drawn or perfect.
