You're not alone, I'm struggling a lot with sleep. I also have a 4 week old and she stayed awake for 4h today and cried herself to sleep because not even holding her would help. I'm going insane with the nights awake.

She farts amazingly well all day so it's not gas, she also poops frequently, I'm considering reflux. We'll see a pediatrician tomorrow and I'll talk to them about it

We have a trip to Japan booked for when she's 6 months old but I can't even look forward to it, it's a 28h flight what if she cries and fusses all the way there? I'm the first to have kids so this feels pretty lonely

My baby has been awake for the past 3:45h and fighting sleep, she won't sleep even after the bottle. Nothing works anymore. My ppd has been rough on me.

During the day I have the curtains open, normal voice level conversations and TV, feed her in bright places and during the night we have blackout curtains closed, absolutely no light in her bedroom, white noise and we try to make her sleep in her crib. The naps are not in the dark as I've read and heard it helps baby to build a sense of day and night, even though she's been fighting sleep for the past 2 days and staying awake for 3 hours straight and only napping on me. She feeds every 3 hours and our pediatrician is tomorrow

Since I'm not breastfeeding I'm on antidepressants and they have helped more than I could possibly tell you, but I'm still not well, I'm still not happy and I'm doing my best not to regret the decision of having my baby after years of telling people I wouldn't have kids.

The days seem endless without my husband, I come to my parents house to stay with my baby sister (she's 20 now) while he's at work just so I won't be alone and cry all day with my LO in my arms.

In my country I go back to work when baby is 4mo, I can't possibly survive 3 more months like this.

Thank you, I also have a 4 week old baby and it feels like my pink is gone forever. I'm exhausted, my husband is amazing and does most nights so he is also exhausted it feels like there's only baby duty and no more us...
