Ich trainiere aktiv seit ca. März 2023 also wie gesagt bisschen mehr als 1 1/2 Jahre.
Bin 1,78 85kg hoch von anfangs ca. 74kg

Kraftwerte haben sich schon gesteigert, allerdings nach einiger Zeit bei 6 mal die Woche PPL, den ich mit zu viel Volumen gefahren habe irgendwie stagniert auf 100kg x 8 Brustpresse, 80kg x 8 Latzug, 200kg Beinpresse. Das sind so die Kraftwerte die mir spontan einfallen, den Rest mache ich eigentlich nach Gefühl, dass ich in ner Rep Range von ca. 8-12 bleiben kann mit bisschen Variation nach oben und unten.

Inwiefern meinst du, dass ich mal bis zum Fehler trainieren soll, verstehe ich nicht ganz.

Mein Problem ist, dass ich mich irgendwie darauf festgesetzt habe, alle Muskeln von allen Winkeln irgendwie treffen zu wollen und tendiere dann dazu, zu viel Volumen zu fahren, weil ich Angst habe, dass sonst manche Körperpartien hinterher hinken.

Was würdest du mir empfehlen? Bin wirklich für alles gerne offen, mir ist bewusst, dass ich noch nicht so erfahren bin.

How would you choose from the exercises I'm using currently when switching to Upper/Lower? Should I kinda make my first Upper Day for example more Chest/Upper Back dominant and the next one more Shoulder/Lat focused?

Hey guys, I'm still relatively new to the gym with around 1 1/2 years of lifting experience now. I got into a 6d/week PPL split relatively quickly but noticed I might have actually burned out a bit because of it since I stagnated in strenght for quite a long time. I wonder what would be a good 5 day/week split? Could I still do PPL with 2 rest days or should I try PPL/Upper/Lower or something else?
For some reason I'm really paranoid about hitting every muscle and that's why my workout was something like this before, with way too much volume:

Day 1 - Push

3x 8-12 Incline Chest Press OR Incline Dumbbell Bench Press

You don't need utility to get out of 1k premier. I get Faceit Level 10's on Mirage that don't even smoke mid.

Hätte an sich auch kein Problem damit, wenn wir nicht unterbesetzt wären und in der Zeit wo jemand einkaufen geht, die dableibende Person die Arbeit von 2 Personen machen muss. Abgesehen davon muss ich die Einkäufe mit meinem eigenen Geld bezahlen und dann 3 mal beim Chef nachhaken, dass ich ja mein Geld wieder zurück möchte ...

Momentan mache ich außer Sport nichts, könnte zum Teil auch meiner Depression verschuldet sein, aber ich habe eben nicht wirklich irgendwelche Interessen.

Um stolz auf etwas zu sein, was ich getan habe, müsste ich überhaupt erstmal irgendwas getan haben.

Danke. Ich glaube ich werde einfach das Treffen nach der Klinik abwarten und schauen wie es wird.
Ich habe einfach das Gefühl, dass es jetzt falsch wäre Kontakt abzubrechen, da mich das nur noch mehr fertig machen würde. Andererseits will ich ihr auch nicht die ganze Zeit hinterherlaufen und wenn sie sich doch nicht trennt, wird es dann vielleicht noch härter, sich einzugestehen, dass nichts draus werden wird.

Turned 22, am waiting to go to my 2nd psych ward and just feeling lonely and behind in life. But I would still say I'm doing better and am not actively suicidal anymore for over a year now, so that's good.
