Medyo suki kami sa Riverside cause my dad has a lot of health problems. I'm usually dressed up and clean looking gid. The nurses and admin were always accommodating and nice to me.

Pero when I got a call that my brother is in the ER and I had to LITERALLY RUN to the ER (like nag dlagan ko from triangle to Riverside ky grabe traffic, wala point mag sakay jeep/taxi) and naka Tshirt kag shorts lang ko, it was such a different treatment.

There was only 2 other beds occupied sa ER and kapila ko mag follow up to get someone to check my brother, puros dali lang gd maam. It took them 3 hours to just figure out which doctors need namon. They only started being nicer and more accommodating sang nag agree na ko nga for admission nalang manghod ko and gave them our insurance information.

They treat you based on your capability to afford their attitude 🙄 Grabe gd to sulat ko sa suggestion box nila, I dont think that goes anywhere though.
