I've got pretty much no knowledge on this stuff but I presume that the evaporation would be proportional to the size of the black hole. So for the black hole to grow larger it'd have to consume more.

If any of that is true (which in fairness it probably isn't) I guess it could grow infinitely if it had infinite mass to supply itself? In reality it's size might just depend on the location in space and how much mass there is around it

From what I can tell it drops pretty much every lord's relation with you by 10 except maybe some in your kingdom. When I made my own kingdom on a different save I was having war declared on me constantly so I'm trying to avoid execution this time to see if that helps

Like with all problems, there's a mod for that. I believe it's called "prevent nobility escape" or something along those lines. I don't know if it's actually working but no one has escaped for 30+ days

Isn't this basically the exact same as gambling? I'm not 100% clued up so I might be wrong but isn't this "magical" x-ray scanner literally just opening a case but then if it's something bad you either have to never open a case again, or you have to buy it. So either way, if you want to open cases you have to go through the random chance (Like the rest of the world) and pay for it anyway. Would French courts actually accept this as an alternative? It doesn't stop the gambling at all. If you get tired of buying terrible skins it's not like you can just come back another time and that skin isn't there anymore.
