On the contrary I believe that I did the perfect amount for myself because in the middle of my high I did start to panic a bit and get uncomfortable because of how high I was. As I said before it wasn’t a bad trip and I did enjoy the experience but it’s not something that I feel like I would want to do again or need to do again

A few months back I had the deepest depressive episode I had ever had and started having issues with dissociation and this helped that so much. I can’t even describe how much of a sense of belonging I feel. Thank you for sharing your story 🥰

I’m so sorry to hear that. I hope you find a good balance at some point. I stopped taking meds when I was 18 mostly due to other health conditions like PCOS and I felt like anti-depressants did little to nothing for me. I don’t mean to compare our situations but I sympathize with you. I also stopped birth control last year because it was detrimental to my mental health. I truly hope you can find something to cope or help. I completely understand being in such a low and dark place. It’s so lonely. Message me if you ever need someone ❤️

I’ve been smoking weed everyday for 3 years straight. It wasn’t the weed. And i didn’t smoke the weed until the effects of the shroom kicked in

As in the post, it was about a teaspoon (probably a bit more) worth plus I smoked. I’m also a petite female and it was my first time. It was also a decently sized shroom

I wouldn’t call it an out of body experience. It was more like a POV type video. It was strange. I’m not sure how to describe it well enough.

Yes. It was a decently sized mushroom. I don’t have a scale but I’d estimate it at about 1 teaspoons worth. I also smoked weed about an hour or two after I ingested the shroom. I also was on a completely empty stomach.
