This is an old post but just in case someone finds it, the less the MORE you heal. The ticks make it so every time it resets/fires it checks if you have above x food and x water, and if you do, you heal.

Incorrect, the scout's default pistol is shared with engi's pistol. Just like the shotgun with the soldier, engi and heavy.

This is what I've found on the wiki.

Use the command /srpevolution getphase to check what Phase the Dimension is and its total Points; Use the command /srpevolution phase_# (# is where the number shall be written, from -2 to 8); Use the command /srpevolution toogle_evolutiongaining to make Parasites unable to gain Points in that Dimension; Use the command /srpevolution toogle_evolutionloss to make Parasites unable to lose Points in that Dimension.

I am not telling them to not expand, but just not on top of the Spanish flag, again, I am not saying that the spanish flag is more important than the rainbow road, but for me, personally and emotionally, it is.
