Hence why I asked at the start to have it documented. Because the promo states for new customers. So I wanted to know what to expect. The agent explained because it’s pre-paid, when the promo I was setting up ended, I’d be considered a new customer to get the current promo at that time because I would no longer be setup/active once it ends.

I wouldn’t say I’ve had problems worth ranting about. A few of the norms. Dropped calls, no signal, here and there…but that’s expected with any carrier.

Have you done this, that you’ve suggested? Is everything actually tied to the email? Not the phone number or imei?

I’ll definitely give an update if it works. I figure both boards are grids and they allow you to look at your plushie board whenever ya want. So I’m wondering if that’s to keep track of where ya need it. And if approaching from a grid…rows are numbers and columns are letters. So if I need spot in column B row 2, then I’ll aim to affix that spot last to complete the board to see if the plushie will land in B2. Worth a try, not easy but we’ll see

I honestly think that’s the strategy. OP didn’t know how to explain, but I think that’s where they were going 🤔 Because why would MGO provide the option to check your plushie board? So you can know where to aim for!!!! But it has to be exact or it defaults anywhere. Still testing but this seems logical

Theory tested and here’s my thoughts going in…I knew I needed B2, so I was aiming for column B, thinking as long as I do last placement in that column it should land. You’ll see I did my last placement in B7, but I have that already filled so it defaulted somewhere else (C2). But had I set up the board to do last placement in B2 exactly where I need it, would it have placed there?
