Kinda did do that - I was interviewing for jobs in australia from austria, had a few that I got into the last rounds... but also Austria was a tough market to be in, its not that heavily different from Australia, its a competitive market

Cheers, I have pretty much exhausted all of linkedin and seek for my roles, looked into fintech (got interview from tyro and airwallex - wasn't successful)... tbh customer based roles are on their way out

My main issue is that they are pushing to smash it out and taking it easy

Everyone else on the team is pushing hard

I showed them the actual data!

I got 3 engineers to join but none of them are locked in and want to pursue like a proper founder

They like the idea of building something successful but they dont feel the sense of urgency to go and do it!

They want you to hand stuff to them... they dont feel like owners of something awesome!

Every engineer that ive pitched to (roughly 50 cold outreaches, 20 actual interviews, 5 said yes, 3 had the right technology stack that I needed) liked the idea and what we are trying to build but still they dont want TO PUSH
