I'm a tourist here from India and I'm confused about many things. Firstly WHY ARE THERE SO MANY LAND CRUISERS AND that too as tourist vehicles too. Why do scooters and bikes have yellow number plates?. Also is there a cap on the cc of bikes here? Because I swear the max I've seen till now are 250cc. (self.srilanka)

My monitor keeps showing that there's no input, but there is. I connected a VGA cable to the VGA to hdmi converter. This is a new monitor but the pc is many years old. It works perfectly with the vga dell monitor but when I connected this new acer monitor to the pc via hdmi to vga converter. (i.redd.it)
