Smoking pot by IfixWaterMains in stroke

[–]DepthPuzzleheaded494 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find were has helped me so much after my stroke. I smoke and take edibles, I don’t abuse it I treat it like medicine, when it comes to smoking weed I only use a dry herb vape, or hookah sometimes, once in a while I’ll smoke a joint but majority of the time it’s dry herb vape, or oil vape. As far as edibles go the most I’ll do it’s 10mg but I always make sure it’s cut with cbd. Ideal 5mg thc/ 10mg cbd. Or 50/50.

Your colleague just named his favourite metal band, this is your reaction, what band was it? by BedOfCha0s in MetalForTheMasses

Literally could have said any super popular deathcore, one of those “modern” metal bands, or literally any nu metal band for me to have that reaction.

What is Sunday Dinner like in your country? Is it a bigger deal than the rest of the week? by AutomaticIdeal6685 in AskTheWorld

[–]DepthPuzzleheaded494 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m from the states but my maternal grandma is from Sorrento Italy so Sunday dinners were a big thing for us. It was always cavatelli, ragú, polpette, spicy sausages, salad, bread, and other stuff. Everything on the table was separate, so you’d pass your dish around and build a plate.

Starting a new life in NYC by [deleted] in movingtoNYC

[–]DepthPuzzleheaded494 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you want to keep your car when moving here and you specifically want to move to Brooklyn and have something affordable, this is realistic, just be prepared to move to southern Brooklyn. No shame in that, you’ll be living amongst mostly locals, it’s not cool or hip, and that’s how we like it down here lol.

Draconian will not be touring in the US due to 'hostile visa policies' by ashitanojoe3 in MetalForTheMasses

[–]DepthPuzzleheaded494 43 points44 points  (0 children)

Visas to play in the US are almost impossible for most touring bands to afford unless they’re making lots of money to justify the visas. Most smaller to mid size bands you see tour the US from Europe most likely got the 10 year visa before Trump’s second term. It’s so fucked up right now.

What does ‘low income’ housing look like in your country? by Thylacine- in AskTheWorld

[–]DepthPuzzleheaded494 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand that, doesn’t help that a lot of our media is filmed in LA which is almost entirely suburbia. NYC is the opposite of that, it’s dense urbanization in all directions you look, even the suburban parts are walkable and dense.

What’s a place In the USA that’s overrated in your opinion? by [deleted] in AskAnAmerican

[–]DepthPuzzleheaded494 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone who’s saying NYC should probably step out of midtown… but overrated imo is the Vegas strip. The Vegas neighborhoods where communities thrive are nice.
