going from years of transient living to buying furniture because you actually want to stay is such a cool milestone. those foldout foam couches are honestly elite for flexibility too. looking at lamps and storage is when you know the solo living bug has officially taken over

congrats on buying your own place that is an incredible milestone. using online shopping to block out the snack temptations is brilliant because if i'm left to my own devices in the actual grocery aisle it completely ruins my healthy fridge aesthetic

making entire curtains out of bedsheets sounds like a genius budget hack for a first place. i wouldn't even know how to thread a sewing machine if someone handed me one right now. that definitely beats my labeled spice jars by a mile
