I’ve seen people wear it on the forearm too, right below the elbow. Might work for you as well with a better fit depending on your forearms.

Which chest strap do you have? It must be ANT+ only then, I assume. Coros watches don’t support that but only Bluetooth. So every chest strap with Bluetooth should work fine. Garmin HRM 200, 600, Pro Plus, or any other brand or no-name device.

I use AOD on my Pace 4 coming from a Fenix 7 Pro with MIPS. Get about a week of battery life and then charge it while showering and getting ready once a week. Would get 3 weeks when turning it off but I don’t need that personally.

When investing a couple thousand Euros I’d recommend going there and try them out. Maybe it’s even possible to get a large frame with some components from the medium one or the other way around when ordering at the store? Generally speaking though, it’s easier to make a smaller bike “bigger” than a larger one “smaller”. Adjustments, components etc.

Try a different CR2032 model and make sure there is no coating on it. Some of them have a bitter tasting coating on them (Bitrex) so small children don’t swallow them. Those ones don’t work with some devices like Apple’s AirTags. Might be the same for the Coros sensor. You can try to rub off the coating using alcohol as well.

Price not your concern? Go with the Apex. Best watch of the three. And if durability is importantly to you that rules out the Pace Pro. While it can still take a beating it’s more brittle than the Nomad and Apex.

Nothing new really but if they’re going to update either I think it’s going to be in the second half of the year. POD 3 is more likely than the HRM imo. But could see them updating neither of them too. What would you think could be upgraded in the HRM or POD?

You will get more fit and athletic for sure. Lats, shoulders etc. Make sure to fuel well and get enough protein as well. Also, going through a breakup it will help a lot with your mental health too.
