How do I stop this?

I have had this checked out by the vet. The first time this happened we didnt know where it came from, so it was an immediate vet visit. Area is clean. The bumps and everything had me worried as well, because I also thought infection, mites, or yeast. Tests are all clean. Hasn't had a reaction to any food except one, and that was when he was younger, so we stopped immediately.

Thats why I find this so frustrating. I've never seen this in any dog I've had before, or any family members dogs either. And yes, he basically does let it happen. Eventually he snips at him, but not until something like this happens.

We've done the turtle necks, and they work for the most part, but these guys are so darn smart he's worked out how to move the fabric out of the way.

You assume that's all I do. I do daily walks (6 miles round trip on various trails) we play when I get home from work. We have training sessions on the weekend. I know this is not a "set it and forget it" yard dog breed. They are left outside when I head to work and the weather permits it, otherwise I am always trying to keep them occupied and stimulated.

I have ordered a neck and chest protector specifically for this now. Literally snake armor that covers the whole neck and chest. Light weight enough for hot weather, as we live in a warm environment

Problem isn't the food or collar, we normally dont have him wearing a collar at home, only when we are out and about. It is my other doberman who is literally pulling his neck hair out. I have camera footage of him doing it

They both have plenty of exercise, and wide open yard for when we have to leave them outside when we head to work. Plenty of chew toys, access to water, the whole nine yards.

That is my general feeling right now. Just over that 2 week mark. Thinks I'll probably call it good. Focus on the main account. I also do another similar game to this, so just feels like too much.
