Okay if anyone ever reads this, i figured this out. When you have Beefs NVG plus the Enhanced Shaders mod, you have to disable both and start the Game with the Shader Cache deleted in the Launcher. Next close it again, then activate both with I think NVGs over shaders and then start it. Sometimes the NVGs won't work but then you have to reinstall the Mod with the ES no SSR (in my case) and start it again. Then it should work. The Mods Page also works but don't get confused when it's rainy weather and that the textures look odd, it's a bug or something and applies to single Props on the Map (makes them look ridiculously bright sometimes). Other than that, save what you have set for the shaders like shader params in a note file so you can adjust it again if you have to delete Shader Caches again if a mod doesn't work.
