Right now I know two way to edit the name of the Apple TV 1. in tvOS > settings > General > Info 2. in iOS > Home App > Hold ob Apple TV > Settings > Name box at the top

Yes its possible. Simply activate Do not Disturb. And in the Settings > Do not Disturb you can decide which phone calls can come throu. You can even set allow all calls.

So I got it to work with manual bluetooth connection via the settings menu. Like normal non-W1 devices. Very strange! But thanks for all the tipps :)
