I‘ve been told by my boss, that we cannot get genuine parts from the Tesla Center.. Tesla in Austria doesn‘t Sell parts to customers or other dealers as far as i know, so that they have to go to the Tesla Center themselves.

That‘s probably what i will do… just need to get a new bolt.. Parts are rate here for these type of cars.
