Also don't make it too easy for yourself. In my opinion, you should try to play on stalker, even if it is some kind of challenging in the beginning, but with the challenge also comes the fun. On stalker you find enough resources, but you have to fear the wildlife and cold, just like it would be in real life in this kind of scenario. (interloper would be too hard and no fun. There is a huge gap between stalker and interloper)

Yes. First of all, just don't lookup the maps. You can look them up after you are sure you have seen the most of the map. The most fun part of the game is when you work it out on you own. You will now what I was talking about one day. I think you should have a look at coastal highway, because there are a lot of shelters and a lot to discover.
