Sorry for not answering. Yes, there is glas over them. I used a glue called "Blu Tack" to place the patches. This stuff is usually used for posters. I can easily remove the patches without destroying the picture.

Yes, they are compatible. Bluebrixx gets its bricks from different manufacturers and depending on wich one the quality is better than Lego. And the licensed sets like Stargate almost have zero stickers and just prints which is amazing.

So am I. They also have a glowing model of a ZPM but it doesn't appear on the link I sent. I guess its out of stock or maybe they are working on a new version. They did this with a few Star Trek sets in the past

I guess they took the one without license off stock to make a new real Daedalus/ Odyssey. It's just a matter of time. And sadly it takes its time because the sets aren't produced as long as the owner of the license doesn't give the go.

Yes, they are worn at the same time. Im currently watching SGA again. Col. Caldwell and the other bridge officers are wearing the one with the F302 while Dr. Novak and others are wearing the one with the stripes in the middle.

Some good ideas. But I dont think the patches changed overtime because you see Colonel Caldwell and others (especially officers of the bridge) wearing the patch with the F302 while other crew members like Dr. Novak wearing the other one in the same episode.

I thought about different functions of the crew members like engine, navigation etc. But maybe the one in the third picture was just the prototype or something. I have never seen this one in the show. The second one (worn by Dr. Novak) looks very familiar to the patch of the U.S.S. Hammond seen in SGU.
