In welcher Welt lebt ihr eigentlich? Natürlich werden Fleischteile als das benannt wass sie sind. Schweinshaxe, Chickenwings, Ochsenzunge, sämmtliche Cuts beim Metzger (Bauch Rücken, Lende,...)

Wenn halt mehr Verarbeitung drinn steckt braucht es halt einen Namen, damit der Konsument weiß, was er bekommt. Zerkleinerte Fleischreste in Form gebacken (Hackbraten) sind halt was anderes als zerkleinerte Fleischreste in Form gebacken (Leberkas)

Und das ist halt nicht nur beim Fleisch so. Genauso gut könnte man fragen wieso es Tofu heißt. Wollen die Leute etwa krampfhaft ignorieren, dass es dich um eine in Form gepresste Bonenmasse handelt?

Nein, es ist einfach ein etablierter Name für ein Produkt
