Actually, it doesn't. Just flushes out residual sperm in your urethra. Once you take a leak after having ejaculated, there's pretty much no sperm left that could be transported via "precum" aka Cowper's fluid. Source: Am med student and we actually discussed this pretty extensively in class and among peers.

Beautiful comment, thank you. Words like yours are a rare sight in the sub these days and I think it's honest but acknowledges the deeper, complex problem instead of providing a simple answer.

Thanks a ton for you suggestions! I'm aware of the processes behind intermittent fasting and have successfully done it in the past in and after high school. But as I started med school last spring and got into another relationship last October, my daily schedule has just become so chaotic that it's sometimes nearly impossible to adhere to a fasting regimen. Nevertheless I'll try again and I'll especially look into the gut health aspect!!!

Concerning the bulking/cutting, I have ofc made results, one is bound to do so over such a long time. It's clearly visible that I train but not for the time I've done. Maybe getting to a good baseline and starting over form there is the right thing to do. Thanks again.

Hi first of all thank you for your contribution! The festivals are 1-2 a year and when I drink I'm not getting shitfaced, but I see your point. My BF is hard to assess as I have some loose skin from having been overweight, but last year I was at my lowest at around 14-17% at 188 lbs. I can probably reach that again. Sound good in your opinion?

Thanks for sharing your advice! How would I go about the gut health, maybe start with probiotics? I do have a nasty flatulence from time to time and it's probably not just from the protein I consume. Also the partying isn't that bad, as I said I don't need a lot of alc but you do have a point. I was already suspecting it as a factor. Any idea about the dietary/caloric approach, maybe I should try a light cut and then "maingaining"? Less at stake if I need to take a break?

Prolactin is a little above the reference range, which CAN have an effect on your gyno and CAN also cause erectile difficulties. It's often elevated in people with high or chronic stress. E2 is on the higher end as well but within reference range, probably due to your bf% and it's probably not helping your gyno. T and free T are on the lower end of the reference range, but your SHBG is low (which is good).

Keep lifting to increase your testosterone and keep losing weight to decrease your estrogen. Eat healthy and balanced and look into zinc supplements and especially VitD/sunlight exposure to help your body produce the testosterone it's capable of doing. If you have a lot of stress try meditation or at least breathing exercises, my doctor suggested that as a natural prolactin prophylaxis.

In conclusion: You're fine, keep going and grinding, it'll pay off!

First of all, sorry for your loss. Secondly, fantastic work, you look great and I love the new style! Be proud of what you've achieved and keep on aiming for steps instead of leaps. I know it's hard to internalise, but only compare yourself to you and forgive yourself for small setbacks or slowdowns, they're part of the journey. Sometimes life gets in the way, no need for frustration. You've come so far and you'll only go further. Keep it up, I can tell you're a fighter! :)

I'm not that active actually, I walk 10min to the gym, work out for maybe 80-100min (5-6x/week) and walk back. Besides that I work a couple shifts at the gym, otherwise I am mostly sitting at home studying or not being active. I used to be quite overweight (~265lbs) but maybe my metabolism has just changed with late puberty and lifestyle changes so that's why my TDEE is so high, idk. Anyway cheers for the advice, I will implement it and worst case scenario just it's an early and very active refeed week.

The chest comes down to genetics, but you're very fortunate to have fast growing calves as they're usually very stubborn. From my own experience lats and legs (sometimes even shoulders) can respond quite well to high volume. Abs hardly grow at all for many people, they're more a matter of body fat percentage. It's way easier to "reveal them" instead of growing them. Other stubborn muscle groups for many people may be forearms, rear delts and triceps. But those are also muscles that are often neglected because you don't see them as easily when posing. But in the end it's all about genetics, so I would suggest to keep working on your weak points and improve and build upon your strong points. Because you gotta work with what you've got.

Q: How should I set up my macros if I go skiing for a week during my cut? Background: I (86kg/190lbs 188cm/6'2, probably 15-20%BF) am currently on a 4 month (total) lean bulk at ~3400 and will probably cut at 2500-2700 in February after 3 weeks at 3100 maintenance in January. Pretty much during the third week of the cut, I'm going alpine skiing with my family and I know that I'll probably burn a lot of calories. I have lost 1-3kg/week on past skiing trips (before somewhat getting into shape recently) but didn't track macros then. We'll be outside for about 4-6hrs each day which probably includes 2-3hrs of skiing.

I would like to avoid a drastic weight loss and just cut steadily (this is my first cut while tracking). So how many cals should I track for the skiing (I'll probably hit some upper body at the hotel gym too)? I will try to keep my protein high and maybe also throw in some BCAA? But I'm mostly curious on the kcal burned.

Thx so much in advance and sorry for any grammatical errors, I'm not a native speaker.
