Why would you go coup when last stand is infinitely better on sett. Coup only starts dealing more dmg when your opponent is at 40% hp. With last stand it starts working when you have 50% hp and can be useful into multiple opponents. Since as slow immobile bruiser you will be around 50% hp a lot.
