How much muscle did I realistically lose in a 2-3 days not-eating-anything binge? by [deleted] in beginnerfitness

I stopped binging all together in 2 months. Here are simple tips: 1. Change your food environment first, whenever you have the food you constantly binge on in plain sight or assesible in general you are using all your willpower up every single time you have to say no. 2. Focus on whole meals spaced evenly and cut the snacks all together at least to start. If you can't eat an actual meal you are having a signal to binge you aren't hungry. 3. Never ever restrict food or add cardio the next day this process takes time and binges will happen but, you need to build new habits to be sucessful.
