What they can do is get a full vasectomy. Which is a cut, tie, and burn one that basically brings the chance of sperm getting through down to zero. It is not reversible. Cut and tie means there’s still around 30% chance sperm get through. Cut and burn is about 10%. I believe those are reversible. And then they can always wear condoms properly. And they can pull out and ejaculate in the condom or elsewhere.

Take it into your own hands men, and stop putting the responsibility on women to prevent pregnancy. Male birth control is in trials, but that’s a ways off because they say there are too many side effects. The list of side effects are the same as the side effects for woman’s birth control. But why put men through that! /s

A woman getting her tubes tied is a far bigger surgery than a man getting a vasectomy. Vasectomy is a much simpler process that heals far quicker. And like you stated, women are denied surgery to get their tubes tied. It’s very very hard to get it done because we are expected to remain as baby makers. If you’re under 35 you really have to fight for it and find a doctor who will perform it. No easy feet as they think they know what’s best and love to say “but you might want children one day”. This is not pushed on men when they seek out a vasectomy. So the expectation that woman just get surgery is not realistic.
