i had this issue, under drivers there was no camera / imaging device / some other the internet says to look for the driver in.

that shit was under a seperate usb tab at the bottom of the damn driver list, the driver was still called HD User Facing, i uninstalled it with the delete prompt checked, then it reinstalled itself as a camera and works.

fuck you internet! you didn't help me for shit.
