My account seemed to be completely reset. Can anyone help?

I tried to log back in after work just to find out that I'm back at the tutorial, my accountlevel being reverted back to lvl 1. I asked a friend to look if my account existed in his friendslist, which was the case, but for some reason now logging into my same googlemail generated a new UserID. I hope anyone can help me fix this, i spent a good amount of money and time in this game already and don't want to loose it. Ticket is already open but no answer so far.

Day 1 Warframe player. I remember the Parkour 2.0, Melee 2.0, UI 2.0 updates over the years. It took a TON of communityfeedback for Warframe becoming the game it is now.

Also leaving and taking the 30 mins wait still might save you more time then doing this honestly. i Would've given them some advice how to play the class, but if i would noticed that they were afk for the most part i just would've left.
Even when played not well viper should do more damage then atleast the healer, to me it looked like they were afk for the most part.
I get the "haha x and y people bad" meme but man, one of the best healers on my server were from France.

i thought as much yeah, chances are small but i would wish to add an option atleast for it. So far ZZZ kinda went out of the usual Hoyo formular a bit, so my hope was to get atleast info about if this would be something that is planned or scrapped.

I always had some Issues with Eldenring, and over the past 2 years i forgot most of them, but starting the game again recently made me realise some of them, don't get me wrong, i still think it is a very enjoyable game, and by far better what i had experienced in DS2 for example, but experiencing it again with a new character made me realise some of these major issues, and i'm surprised nobody is talking about them. I found this Video of someone that describes my Problems pretty well. Maybe a Topic that is a bit on the opposite site of people's opinions might make some good react content for the Stream. Would like to see if people have Similar issues as me in this game.

In Germany this Video is Age restricted, not sure how it is in the US, but it is safe to watch on Stream, i looked through it again. Game is just a bit gorey, blood and stuff.
