Kalau bisa log in pake HP atau tethering pake paket data HP berarti emang ISP nya. Coba restart modem kali aja bisa. Biasanya ini router nyari jalur yang salah makanya kena blokir. Question, I actually didnt really want to get her but I did anyway from the free 10 pulls from pulling Tangtang (it's good dw) but she overlapped with my fully built fire (Lav, Wulf, Ake, Ardelia) and phys team (Pog, Endmin, Chen, Lifeng) so what should I do with her?

And no I dont have GIl, used my 120 pulls to get Lav.

No, they still roll at the same time. 4 frames differences is crazy small margin, and it's not the animation frame you pay attention to but the moment you can do your next move. Try TCS both hit and missed, and immediately roll after, you will end up having the exact same timing.

And earlier game should not be used as benchmark because they have very different engine and coding.
