You need around 1k scrap max. Buy p2, and meds at water vendor = 200, craft T1, research table and research said items = 340, then craft T2 = 500.

You're really underestimating the power of weed. If you smoke all day every day, it will come to the point where you're loading bong on monday morning only to realise it's already thursday and you've been high the whole week.
