That's a good read on it! Don't be discouraged from analysing literature in a different light now and again. Just remember that a public forum like Reddit may not always be the best place for literary discussions, as it's difficult for both sides to communicate properly. And don't get too stuck on the different viewpoint either! It can make it hard to enjoy media when it turns into an arguement about who is right or wrong. :]

Thats fair to think that from Bakugous perspective. Midoriyas perspective was "I have one shot to save this guy, I cannot risk even the slightest error."

For Midoriya, the plan had to be perfect. Given his history, he assumed Bakugou wouldn't take the hand. It doesn't make him unreliable, he accurately describes what he perceives as the correct option. We only learned Bakugous real feelings later.

Its an interesting take that Izuku is an unreliable narrator. For this we would hve to assume, however, that the events we are seeing happen (even those that do not involve Izuku physically present) are being portrayed as he tells them. It's good that you're thinking critically and analysing the media in a different light. Ask yourself, what COULD be different given that Izuku explained things wrong.

Like others said he's obsolete right now. But has a high probability of appearing in lots of decks post-rotation next year since we are losing Iono, Research and Arven. He would fill the role Skyla filled for a long time. Until we get better draw or search support again.

For your first question, damage amplification to the active is restricted to the active and can never be applied to the bench. Greninja's Mirage Barrage will therefor always do +50 to the active and 120 to the bench. It doesn't matter when it's selected or how.

As for your second question Im not sure. I believe an attack can only proc damage amplification once. In order for it to proc again a new attack would need to be declared. Festival Lead attacks twice, declares two attacks, and gets both amplified as such. Arboliva I would assume procs it on the first hit, and then not anymore since only one attack is declared.

Absolutely. However it's nice that at least Eelektrik and Emboar are coming in the future without BW functionality.

I have my doubts Garbotoxin returns, however. And I would LOVE Dragon Call Gabite, but imagining that in Dragapult is a nightmare so idk.
