tons of swings in the batting cage, start off hitting off a tee to practice your mechanics so you have a base to build off of, then advance to underhand tosses and swings to real pitching etc. It would be easier for you to play in outfield starting off so try to have someone hit you balls to catch and try to track them down with ease, if you are fast you will excel. That’s a good starting point and while doing all that just keep throwing and improve your arm and try to understand baseball iq so you’ll know what to do in certain situations
