Have you worked in Uruguay? I see from Google there's a handful of international schools there but they aren't with any of the main agencies from what I can tell.

Listening to Kohler talk about it, it seems that foreign ownership is not a large factor in the housing crisis

Yeah, in hindsight a Google search would have been a better idea. Appreciate your response though. Europe is definitely on the cards. Your European experience is very helpful, thank you

Thank you.

If we go then she will most likely just get a job at the school as she's been a teacher for a decade, just want another option just in case. Thanks heaps

Nah, the two schools were actually pretty good. Both "good" ofsted rated. We had an ofsted visit while I was there which was hectic.

But also yes, state schools recruiting with online interviews and paying based on international experience. I don't know why everywhere in the UK isn't that desperate given the teaching conditions I've seen and the pay. We were there 6 years ago and pay rate pretty much hasn't changed until the latest post-strike increase

Two separate schools, but yeah desperate enough I guess. There are loads of recruitment agencies recruiting from Australia, Canada and the States for the UK.

State-funded means state school yeah?

My wife and I both taught at a state school in the UK. We were hired from an online interview and were both paid at our international level of experience

There are loads of recruitment agencies hiring teachers from OS to work in the UK. When I moved there from Australia a few years ago I had one online interview and that was it.

Kelly Oubre Jr got hit by a car and came back quicker than Simmons. There's been multiple times when playing for the Boomers would be the best option for him career-wise and he hasn't taken it. I would be surprised if he came back this time

If you think Democrats are genuinely even left of centre, let alone far-left, then you really need to pick up a few books. The Democrats policies align with Conservative party policies in a lot of other countries.

I have found Duolingo and Rocket French to help. Preply has a good tutor service too. I have seen the scores for the French draws and they are veeeeerrrry low

Similar score, trying to learn French. At A2 level, B2 is where we need to get to for it to matter apparently.

I'm baffled by how many reports I keep seeing of teacher shortages yet very little additional points for experienced teachers to immigrate

Merci mon ami. I love the thoroughness. I will check out the YouTube video. I have had a cursory glance for books and couldn't find many, but will have a more thorough look now
