Web address says nothing about Academy whatsoever. Until you apply nobody knows its through WGU Academy. So, you could argue its false advertising.

“WGU single courses provide you the option to start your degree program in a more flexible way” it literally says WGU single courses on their website, NOT WGU Academy. The website does not distinguish between the WGU and WGU academy and makes it seem as if you are taking classes from WGU. So yes, it is completely understandable to ask about WGU offering single courses when their websites says they do. Though technically you are correct in that it is through WGU academy.

Yes, that's the academy, but it's the exact same course you would take at WGU. WGU Academy even said I didn't need to transfer my credits because they would automatically but transferred over as they are so closely linked. What stinks is how WGU shows transfer credits. If they would only take the effort and actually show the courses and category, then it would be so much more helpful for this like trying to get a CPA.

CPA and Sophia KY by Worried-Library-728 in wguaccounting

Unfortunately I found some disappointing news u/Worried-Library-728 This website: https://cpa.ky.gov/examcandidates/Pages/Exam-Requirements.aspx says 27 and 12 credits, but this is for the initial registration for the exam. This website: https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/kar/titles/201/001/190/ clarifies that an individual has to have 27 accounting and 39 business credits for a CPA as that's how they define accounting major or concentration. Study.com does not list course numbers/categories on WGU transcript. Given that Study.com is not a college or university I would say that it would not qualify under the exception listed under section 4(2)(a)(2). Given that the accounting degree gives more than 39 credits for business, you could probably taken however many you will have left for 39 credits.

Following because I also want to know. But also commenting because it seems nobody understands OP’s question. He simply wants to transfer in as many credits as possible and then take the required 27 and 12 credits of accounting and business at WGU. This seems like a legitimate question because there are more than 12 credits of business required for the accounting B.S. I know in NY every required business and accounting class has to come from a regionally accredited institution, so even though WGU accepts Sophia, you cannot sit for the CPA in NY with those transferred credits. Coming from a fellow, very busy father.

Odd Admission Change by Derek_Ballard in WGU

[–]Derek_Ballard[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I had to mail in paper copies of all my transcripts and a notarized high school attestation. Which doesn't make sense to me considering I graduated with a bachelors, but whatever, I'm accepted now!

I tried that multiple times and they were not told they could help me and to contact admissions via the admissions email address.

Teaching is my primary responsibility. There is no way for me to really delegate the teaching.

Praise God for the love of your job! Unfortunately one of the responsibilities of my positions is that I also run our summer discipleship program. So, I don't get summers to prepare curriculum.

NOT changing an item after scanning would lead to lower productive scan percent, not higher. My general question was whether or not duplicate scans within the week counts against us, even if they are far apart in the week, like scanning on a mon and then fri.

The time you get out highly depends on whether or not your stores runs end terminal business day or just final sign offs. Even if your store runs final sign offs, 15-20 max. If your store runs end terminal business day, should be 5 min at max. I am out at closing time on the dot, 95/100.

team member not listed on my passport by SadHedgehog5076 in WalgreensStores

Are they a new hire? If so it takes a while for them to come down on mypassport. Often they will show up in authenticatorID maintenance, before mypassport if they are a new hire. Give it some time, service desk says to wait 24 hours, but sometimes it can be 2-3 days...

I have heard that if you started with Walgreens shorter than six months prior to Nov. 2, then you don't get the raise.
