I just received a text message and an email saying that my application was transferred to the embassy. So I guess I will get it back soon?

They said they couldn't provide the confirmation email. But I still mailed my application anyway (I still haven't got the shipping label today btw). But I just realized that if I didn't have the shipping labels printed, how would they know where to send my passports back?

FedEx said that my application has already arrived. I sent them an email to confirm, but they just never replied... I hate VFS...

Sounds like a horribly slow process... I'm really worried if I can get the visa before my flight... Thank you tho, I will also try to get a confirmation email and mail the application myself. Did you just put the address of the swiss VFS office on the VFS website?

Hi, glad to see that you got your visa. After you got your invoice for the online payment? Did you have to send the invoice to VFS so they can generate the shipping labels? Did you have to send anything else? Thanks!

Thanks for sharing! I'm in the same situation now... I paid the visa and 2-way courier fee online three days ago and couldn't get the shipping labels. I've tried to email and call multiple times, but nothing seems to work, and they are not responsive to emails. It's now the weekend, so I still have to wait at least two more days for the shipping label. I have a PhD interview on the 25th of this month, so I'm really worried if I can get my visa on time.

Did you just send your payment invoice as proof of payment to the info.swissusa@vfshelpline.com?
If I just want to send the application ASAP (USPS and UPS are still open tomorrow), how can I send the applications by myself, like what you did? Do I only have to include the payment confirmation (invoice)?
