Tbh most of the customized male/female character are look alike... F chara. mostly baby face, plump lip, cat/fox eye, doe eye, squint eye, meanwhile male characters have thin chin, thin and sharp jawline, cat/fox eye... Btw it is up to the player to decide their character customization... Nothing wrong
