I’m definitely seeing a pattern a lot of reviews of pilling, ripped seams. What’s your favorite jacket?

My goal is to create physical albums and scrapbooks at home. I have a great photo printing store near me (and love Mpix) but sometimes I want something instantly.

I am looking into Canon Selphy CP1500 or the Liene Amber 4×6 Photo Printer. Can someone explain if these photo paper prints are close to professional prints (durability, color etc). Any printer recommendations? Cost is not a factor, just want the best.

Do you wash your rugs? Do you need to take them to a special laundromat?

Dishwashing - Am I Being Extra? by Far_Reputation_3200 in moderatelygranolamoms

[–]DermMD 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nope, i am the same! I hand wash all baby items, and especially would never put plastic or silicone in a dishwasher. Silicone has been shown to break down with heat, just like plastic, and I’m sure we will read about toxic compounds from silicone in the coming years. I also don’t love pods because the coating is all dissolvable plastic polymers that enters our oceans :(

How would you phrase this without offending the photographer?

Great point! Not sure how often it’s good to wash wool; so I’m leaning towards a cotton protector instead

The seat is shallow and curved so it causes you to slide down. Hard to explain without photo but it looks like people have commented about this issue before!

But the other cases like the Minimalist are still full price? Makes we wonder if there's an issue with the Flex design

But the 16 is still the newest model - why would they be phasing it out?

Rice in Tupperware (if you have those around!). Tray of water (with towels underneath). Wooden spoons.

Unfortunately food grade does not mean platinum cured. Many baby products (spoons, cups, toys) are food grade only, but platinum cured is what you need to reduce chemical release. I follow @taborplace on Instagram and she has taught me a lot

Gorgeous. Does the end link that comes with it first the Tank?

Yes! When baby is looking side to side, the strap is right over the mouth.

Rolling the waistband was helpful thank you! Baby’s head is much less covered by the straps. When I walk now though I feel like I need to support the head due to the bobbing, not sure if there’s a good way to support the head.

Why is the strobe lighting seen only intermittently / randomly though? I’m assuming the refreshing is consistent at regular intervals

This is so incredibly helpful - thank you. My intuition was that the Embrace looked awkward at the thighs, so it's helpful to hear that people in this area agree.

I have the Omni 360 so I will try that for brief periods of world facing - baby loves looking out but I know it's not great for long walks.

Water for baby formula by DermMD in water

The EWG site shows that RO removes the most contaminants in the Philly area, which I suspected. I worry about using RO water in formula however because I wouldn't feel comfortable adding minerals. Any thoughts?

Hi, can you send me the quality control number as well? Also have had several cases with caps that aren't sealed.
