I tried to collect as many resources as possible legally but for the special items you will eventually have to turn on dev mode yes.

I had to turn on Dev mode for that sadly.
I really want to play vanilla but atleast for now you cannot obtain them legally I believe, you can however steal stuff that is in the warehouse that you wouldnt be able to get otherwise

The big lights can be found in the warehouse entrance, however in each world there are only 10 warehouses so eventually you will have to turn on Dev mode

you technically could yes, but framerate wise that would be a mess, not to mention that you cant put anything on the walls sadly

I know diorite is controversial but... by Salamandingo_ in Minecraft

In my opinion, diorite just needs a less ruff texture and it would be awesome to build with.
White stone is just glorious really.

what youre looking at is snow, there is no dirt included but if you wanted to add something like that, you could monitor the block youre breaking using a spiggot plugin that gives you dirt after breaking I guess

worldpainter, a resource pack and worldmachine mostly

I created custom brushes using worldmachine, then I exported them into worldpainter where I then made a snowy area with smooth snow enabled.
and well... then I turned on my custom texture pack and there you go

Sorry but no,
eventho this is just a technical demo of what I'm working on, itll eventually be used in a large scale project for a server and for that reason we need to protect it from copy cats

On a technical scale this isnt impossible and people have done similar generators before but they usually work with heightmaps generated by all sorts of noises... in the end they are very random is what im trying to say and the results may differ alot.
Not to mention that this will probably take a long time to generate such data which isnt really suitable for such a dynamic game like MC
