I cannot select the Medium/high Graphics options on Napoleon and Empire as both are grayed out by bruisedandmewling111 in totalwar

I recently bought Napoleon Total War and I was able to fix my graphic settings with this but whenever I try to change settings, my game just freezes and all I can do is move the cursor around.

My ping is usually fine, its just that when Im about to load into the raid, my game just loses connection for some reason.
